Laboratory Profiles & Services
Universiti Selangor (UNISEL), formerly known as Universiti Industri Selangor was established on 23rd August 1999. The Science, Technology and Engineering, UNISEL, has established a Food Analysis Laboratory, Aquatic Biotechnology Laboratory, Molecular Biotechnology Laboratory under the Selangor Scientific Advancement Laboratory (SELSCA LAB) to meet commercial and industrial needs through laboratory testing.
Food Analysis Laboratory
A Food Analysis Laboratory is a facility equipped to assess various characteristics of food products for quality control, safety, nutritional value, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Aquatic Biotechnology Laboratory
An Aquatic Biotechnology Laboratory is a specialized facility focused on research and development in the field of aquatic biology, particularly concerning the application of biotechnological methods for various purposes, such as aquaculture, environmental monitoring, conservation, and pharmaceuticals.
Molecular Biotechnology Laboratory
A Molecular Biotechnology Laboratory specializes in molecular biology techniques applied to biotechnological research and development.
